Related Corporate Entities

²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ is associated with a number of separately incorporated units that assist the university in fulfilling its missions of learning, service, and research. Generally, these related entities are tax exempt under the Internal Revenue Code section 503c (3) and were established for charitable and/or educational purposes. Each of these entities is affiliated with a university department or division with the relationship between the entity and the university well defined.

The mission of the Alumni Association is to generate support for ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ through the development and implementation of programs, activities, and events for its alumni and friends.

The purpose of the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Foundation is to provide funds for scholarships, state-of-the-art technology, and research and teaching facilities to enhance the learning experience.

The Bulldog Club is a non-profit organization committed to supporting the athletic program at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ, primarily by providing scholarships for student athletes and facilities necessary for the program.

The ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ (MSU) Research and Technology Corporation is a 501(c)3 company organized to facilitate the unique and important relationships between ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵand industrial affiliates.
