Whit Waide, an attorney and ݮƵpolitical science clinical assistant professor, said the popular event now in its sixth year serves multiple purposes.
“It is a way to bring our ݮƵalumni back to campus and it helps to support the efforts of the Pre-Law Society as they prepare for their future careers as attorneys,” Waide said. “Every year it is so nice to see the continuing support it has gotten from our lawyer alumni. The support of Bulldog Lawyers was vital in establishing Mississippi State’s first minor in pre-law in 2014.”
This year’s seminar speakers include:
—Cody Bailey of the Brunini Law Firm in Jackson;
—David Donnell of the Gilchrist Donnell Firm, also in Jackson;
—Robbie Hayes, City of Southaven prosecutor and owner of the Hayes Law Firm PLLC;
