ݮƵpostpones 2021 Fall Convocation
STARKVILLE, Miss.—Mississippi State is postponing its 2021 Fall Convocation, the university announced today [Aug. 6] as it exercises an abundance of caution due to current COVID-19 concerns.
“On behalf of the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice President, we are announcing postponement of this annual event that originally was scheduled for Aug. 24,” said Peter Ryan, executive vice provost and dean of MSU’s Graduate School.
“We look forward to celebrating the convocation as soon as possible,” he said. A new date has not been set.
