Carbs and Culture
Salvador Bartera, an Italy native and assistant professor in MSU's Department of Classical and Modern Languages and Literatures, gives a lesson on cooking authentic pasta as part of his "Italy's Food (and) Culture" First Year Experience class. The First-Year Experience program at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵallows first-year students to earn one hour of course credit by choosing from a list of seminar topics ranging from a wide variety of disciplines.Â
