Senior architecture major Terrance Blackmon of Pinson, Alabama, works in Giles Hall on a class project focusing on master plan development for the city of Mound Bayou, as well as design of a community and vocational center. MSU’s School of Architecture offers a five-year professional degree  The Bachelor of Architecture program has been accredited continuously since its inception in 1973. In 2016, the school was reaccredited for another full eight-year term.
